General Info

Tucked away at Ludan Noodle Bar & Asian Fusion, this cozy restaurant delivers a laid-back yet flavorful dining experience that feels both casual and thoughtfully curated. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere strikes a balance between modern Asian-inspired decor and the relaxed charm you’d expect from a neighborhood diner.

The menu leans heavily into comfort food with a creative twist. Dumplings are clearly one of the highlights here, and they arrive fresh, delicate, and packed with flavor. Each bite feels carefully crafted, with a soft wrapper and a juicy filling that doesn’t overwhelm. At the same time, the yakitori offers a completely different experience-smoky, slightly charred, and deeply savory. It’s the kind of dish that pairs effortlessly with a glass of wine, making it a popular choice among regulars who enjoy a quick bite that still feels satisfying.

Service is straightforward and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or planning a longer dine-in session, the staff keeps things moving without rushing you. That makes it easy to settle in, explore the menu, and actually enjoy the moment. The lunch crowd tends to be lively, but the setup still allows for a comfortable and unhurried meal.

One thing that stands out in many reviews is how accessible the place feels. You don’t need a special occasion to visit. It works just as well for a casual midday meal as it does for a relaxed evening with friends. The quick bite options are especially convenient if you’re on the go, yet they never feel like an afterthought in terms of quality.

Location also plays a big role in the appeal. Situated in the Graça area of Lisbon, it’s easy to include a visit here as part of a wider exploration of the neighborhood. After a walk through the nearby streets, sitting down for dumplings and yakitori feels like a natural next step.

Overall, Ludan Noodle Bar & Asian Fusion blends comfort, flavor, and convenience in a way that feels genuine. The combination of a well-rounded menu, approachable service, and a relaxed setting makes it a spot you’ll likely want to return to without overthinking it.

What customers say?

“ We had a wonderful lunch. Two of us ordered different soups and were really impressed with how flavorful they were. I would have happily ordered a main course version of the *Tom kha gai*. The pad Thai and other pad version were well served, and the chef indulged us when we asked for more of the sauce to dowse the noodles. The duck katsu was also very impressive and very generous. One of the best meals I've had in Lisbon as a tourist. We paid with a card without issues. Edit: I've gone back and had the tom kha ga soup twice more. Excellent cold day soup, especially if you want flavor but not spice. ”

“ Really nice beef ramen, huge portion size. The red Thai noodles were also delicious, both with lots of fresh vegetables. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere different to eat in the area. We sat outside as there wasn’t air conditioning inside. ”

“ Relatively good noodle restaurant. The food is good, but it just misses something. The prices are not really competitive. ”

“ Thought I’d check it out since it just opened - and was very glad I did! The gyoza was very good - and the pad Thai with chicken was excellent!! Very flavorful and fresh with lots of chicken and veggies. The atmosphere was nice and staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes! ”

“ This was my first time dining here, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and friendly. We ordered the chinese rice chauchau with shrimps, the price and portion size were both reasonable, and we left feeling satisfied. I’ll definitely come back with friends next time. ”

“ I had the Wonton Noodles and Thai Red Curry, both were so delicious. As an Asian, I have experienced noodles from various Asian countries, but the taste of the two noodles at this restaurant was not inferior to that of Thai or Chinese locals. I only give 4 stars because of the downside of not being able to use Visa and Mastercard credit cards. ”

“ This is the new hidden gem in the Graça neighbourhood! If you’re craving for something different with mid-level budget, this noodle bar is highly recommended. There are diverse options for starters and main dishes, including Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. I’m a big fan of Yakisoba, the fried noodles with various vegetables. It is possible to choose from pork, shrimps, beef or more veg as the main ingredient. I’d recommend beef for non-vegetarians/ vegans. It is sliced thin, marinated well and stir-fried tender. It blends well in the taste of the homemade noodles. If something spicy is your cup of tea, Ramen Caril Thailandes is delicious, with a right amount of coconut milk and moderate level of spice. The slightly sour tomatoes levels up the taste. Homemade noodles well soak up the flavour of the soup. Plus, the service is amazing! Waiters are very welcoming and caring. ”
